The scope includes a broad range of civil and building works delivered across a complex and highly regulated environment, including:


  • Construction of ground transport and access infrastructure

  • Development of operational and support facilities

  • Car parks, road networks, and service connections

  • Integration with airport systems and surrounding infrastructure

  • Coordination across multiple contractors and stakeholders


The project required strong systems, coordination, and compliance to support delivery across multiple work fronts within a live infrastructure program.
